Mr & Mrs Hammond, Canton, Cardiff

This project was a full house rennovation, phased over a couple of years.

The Hammonds originally contacted us whilst in the viewing process of purchasing the property, the previous owner was a keen DIYer and much of the work poorly done and in some cases quite dangerous.

Luckily the clients were able to see beyond this and had some strong deisgn ideas plus the patients to see it through.

Repairs to Stairs

We don't just install floor coverings, we also undertake remedial repairs prior to istallation.

Mr Medd, Bedminster,Bristol

This job was a tricky install, uneven sub foors, damaged treads and no parallel walls

The floor had been screeded by the previous owner, not to a very good standard. It was also a mixed subfloor of timber and screed. So the best product was a flexible levelling compound, which a suitable for timber and concrete

Mr & Mrs Barry, Long Ashton, Bristol

I Was contacted by Mrs Barry, they were nearing the end of their kitchen extesion and had been given our details by The Colour Flooring Company to install the vinyl.

The extension had wayrock floorboards and some existing concrete from the original part of the house.

We used Hanson SP101 5.5mm ply over the new chipboard used a premiuim latex product on the concrete as the builder had tried to latex themselves.

Mr & Mrs Clive, Cotham, Bristol

Mrs Clive originally contacted us we'd worked together with her kitchen fitter at a friend of hers in the area. We discussed the many options available from the Karndean range and knight tile York stone range best suited the style of kitchen they were having made.

Originally two seperate rooms the aim as to unify the space to create a large kichen / diner,

once the floorboards were refixed alyer of 9mm ply was installed and then a coat of feather finishing compound over the joints and nail heads.

The following day we returned to begin the install of the vinyl tiles, as the tiles are rectangular they have been set out with a hal tile offset along the length of the room.
